In compliance with Australian Consumer Law we guarantee that Ultrashield Paint Protection will provide services:
- With due care and skill – providing an acceptable level of skill and technical knowledge when providing the service, taking all reasonable steps to avoid loss or damage.
- Which are fit for any specified purpose – service will fit the purpose specified by the customer, using products that are fit for the specific purpose to achieve the desired outcome expected by the customer
- Within a reasonable time (when no time is set) – the service shall be completed within a reasonable time. The time shall be discussed with each customer depending on the service being supplied.
